It can take up to 6 hours for your ticket to be issued; in urgent cases we will issue the ticket immediately. Generally your booking goes in a queue to be ticketed

Some tickets are non-refundable, please check the fare rules on the ticket when purchasing online or ask the travel consultant on 1800 46 48 78. Please be advised that cancellation charges may apply. If you need to cancel your tickets, you need to give us your cancellation consent in writing and forward to cancellation@goldmarktravel.com.au, once it has been acknowledge by the airline it take about 12 week before you get your refund.

Many airlines allow you to check in online for their flight which will save your time at the airport. Simply need to go to the airlines website to check in online and print your boarding pass. If airline does not allow online check in then you have to do the check in at the airport only.
For domestic flight, it is recommended that you should arrive to the airport 90 minutes prior to the take-off time of the flight.
For international it is recommended that you should arrive to the airport at least 2 hours prior to the flight take-off time.
