Please note these terms and conditions applies to all booking you book with our travel consultants’ in-store, over phone, by email or online bookings on our website www.goldmarktravel.com.au.
By accessing or using the services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set for below.
When making booking for international travel, traveller must ensure that on the time of booking date they must have a valid Australian passport or visa if required, majority of countries require at least 6 months validity form the date of return, If you do not have a valid passport and visa, you must let us know. We do want you to ensure that you have valid passports, visas entry and re-entry permits which obey the requirements of immigration departments and authorities. If any penalties, fines or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting or obeying the requirements of those belonging authorities will be your entire responsibility. If you need any information regarding passports, Visas and other travel necessary document for your travel, please consult and let your travel consultant know. For online bookings, contact us on 1800464878. We can help you with general information on passport and Visa requirements that applies to international travel. We can search more information from other visa advisory service provider on your behalf at your cost. For online bookings, you can contact an external visa provider such as Toll Visas Direct (http://www.tollvisasdirect.com/gurutravels) directly. We do not take any responsibility about the accuracy of information provided by any external service and accept no liability for any damage or loss which you may suffer in reliance on it.
It is essential that you give us correct details of each passenger correctly as per passport. Most airlines and suppliers will not accept your reservation if traveller`s name is not same which was provided at the time of reservation and may cancel your reservation. If traveller name is amended Goldmark Travel do not take any liability for any financial loss caused due to incorrect name entry of traveller to avoid this happening we highly recommend please email us your passport copy via email at the time of reservation on info@goldmarktravel.com.au.
If you are holding a airline duplicate booking with other travel agent or airline Goldmark Travel is not responsible for cancellation of all you’re booking by the airlines. It is your sole responsibility to cancel all the duplicate bookings that you might be holding elsewhere prior to book with us.
All quotations by Goldmarkt Travel are subject to availability of services quoted and are not guaranteed until the bookings are confirmed and deposits are taken or received in our company account. Quotes are valid only for 24 hours from issue date.
If you need to travel to the United States please check https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov for important information regarding compulsory pre-registration for their visa waiver program (“ESTA”). Australian passport holders will not be able to enter the United States without a valid ESTA (or visa). Please note, some passport may not meet the eligibility requirements of ESTA and may be required to apply for visa. We can apply for ESTA at your behalf at your cost AUD $75 and also we can help with your visa please call us on 1800 464 878.

All costs are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or change rapidly without any notice. The cost price is just secure once paid fully by you. Costs price quoted are completely subject to change. Value changes might occur by reason of matters outside our management that increase the value of the merchandise or service. Domestic flight bookings will incur a booking fee of $20 per booking. International flight booking will incur fee $30 per booking. These booking fee are non-refundable for changes of mind or cancellations by you (subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law).
Change Booking / Reissue and Cancellation Fees (Including Online Booking)
Cancelled bookings may also incur airline fees, it can be up to 100% of the cost of the booking, regardless of whether travel has commenced. Airline fees may also apply where a booking is changed and tickets or documents are re-issued. Where we incur any liability for a supplier cancellation fee for any booking which you change or cancel, you agree to indemnify us for the amount of that fee. Where you seek a refund for a cancelled booking for which payment has been made to the Airline, we will not provide any refund to you until we receive the funds from that Airline supplier. All refunds take 12 weeks. Agency admin fee $85 is applicable on each bookings on refunds arising from airline schedule change.
The following fees will apply if we change or cancel any bookings including online bookings and bookings made with a consultant at your request:
Changes to International bookings: - It will incur a fee of $95 per passenger per booking in addition to supplier fees.
Cancellations to International bookings: - It will incur a fee of $250 per passenger per booking in addition to supplier fees.
Changes to Domestic bookings: - will incur a fee of $30 per passenger per booking in addition to supplier fees.
Cancellations to Domestic bookings: - will incur a fee of $45 per passenger per booking in addition to supplier fees.
When you are making your travel reservation with Goldmark Travel, you are require to put down a deposit for each itinerary we make for you. All deposits are none refundable (Subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer law) .Full and final payment must be paid on time mentioned in your confirmed itinerary, fail to do so will cause in reservation cancel and deposit lost.
Payments by Credit Card (Not applicable to online bookings)
Credit card surcharges of 1.5% for Visa, MasterCard 2%, American Express 3%, and Diner’s Club 3% will apply when paying by these cards. You authorise Goldmark Travel to charge all fees incurred by you in regards to the services provided to the credit card provided by you. If payment is not received from the card issuer or its agents for any reason, you accept and agree to pay Goldmark Travel all amounts due immediately on demand.
Payments by B-Pay (Not applicable to online bookings)
Please note that BPAY can’t be accepted if your travel is after three days from the booking date as B-Pay takes up to 3 business days to process the funds. If you are going to pay for your travel by this method you make sure to make the payment at least 3 business days prior to your travel. You must notify your consultant of about your payment once it has been done.
Payments by Cheque (Not applicable to online bookings)
Please note that cheque payments (excluding bank cheques) can’t be accepted if your travel is after 5 days as most cheque require about 5 business days to process. If you are paying by this method you will need to make the payment at least 5 business days prior to the actual due date. You agree and accept not to stop payment of the cheque even when you cancel your booking. You accept and agree that we may apply the proceeds of the cheque to satisfy any liability you have to us that include any liability in regards to cancellation fees, before we refund any balance to you.
Payment Update
Once the payment is been made, please do contact your Travel Consultant immediately and provide them proof of payment, in case you fail to do so we will not be responsible for non-issuance of tickets and you might have to bear pay any extra cost due to lapse of ticket time limit.
Certain taxes are mandatory in various countries. There may also be an additional local tax charged at some airports. All taxes are subject to change without notice.
Goldmark Travel Pty Ltd act as an agent for, and sell various travel related products as agent on behalf of, numerous transports, accommodation and other service providers, such as airlines, coach, rail and cruise line operators, as well as all of our wholesalers. Any services we cater to you are collateral to that agency relationship. Our duty to you is to make travel bookings on your behalf and to organise arrange relevant arrangement between you and travel service providers. We do persistent efforts in the selection of high ranking service providers. We are not personally a provider of travel services and have no control over, or liability for, the services provided by third parties. All bookings are book on your behalf subject to the terms and conditions, including conditions of carriage and limitations of liability, imposed by these service providers.
To the limit permitted by law, neither Goldmark Travel Pty Ltd nor any of its related bodies corporate, directors, employees or agents accept any liability in contract, tort or otherwise for any injury, damage, loss (including substantial loss), delay, additional expense or annoyance caused directly or indirectly by the acts, omissions or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of third party providers over whom we have no direct control or any other occasion which is beyond our authority or which is not avoidable by reasonable assiduousness on our part. Our obligation will also be limited to the extent that any relevant international conventions.
Please re-confirm your requested need with your travel consultant (9am to 5pm Mon to Friday) 72 hours before your departure.
Note: - Above services and requirements are totally on Airline`s discretion and are not guaranteed and some Airline may charge you for these services
Please ensure that your infant turning two year during journey will be charged for child fare on return or onward journey, In case if you fail to advise us, and we have to reissue your ticket and you will be charged Agency reissue fee $150 plus Airline fee.
We highly recommend for check-in 3 hrs. prior to departure time and we also recommend that you reconfirm your flight 72 hrs. prior to your departure for each journey as airlines have the right to change their flight schedule without any notice. Failure to reconfirm may result in the cancellation of some reservation and Goldmark Travel is not liable for any cost incurred
When booking with one of our consultants, please let them know your frequent flyer membership details (or other applicable loyalty program details) for inclusion in your booking. We cannot guarantee that the supplier will credit you with points for your booking. If you are booking online, please insert these details in the space provided for inclusion in your booking. It is your responsibility to check your frequent flyer program (or other applicable loyalty program) for the specific terms of your membership is eligible with Airline.
Travel documents include hotel vouchers, tour vouchers, airline tickets, or any other document (whether in electronic form or otherwise) used to confirm an arrangement with a service provider. Travel documents may be subject to certain conditions and/or restrictions including (without limitation) being non-refundable, non-date-changeable and subject to cancellation and/or amendment fees. Travel documents cannot be transferred to another person to use. All airline tickets must be issued in the name of the passport/photo identity holder. An incorrect name on a booking may result in an inability to use that booking and the booking being cancelled. Please review your travel documentation carefully and advise us immediately of any errors in names, dates or timings. If you have booked with a consultant, it is your responsibility to collect all travel documents from us prior to travel. As a general rule your travel documents will be available for collection 2 weeks prior to departure, however this will depend on your individual arrangements. Please contact your consultant to confirm when your travel documents are ready for collection. If you have booked online, you should print out and retain your travel documents as provided to you by the website (or in a follow up email we send you).
We highly suggest that you should contact with the airline to confirm your scheduled departure time 24 hours prior to your flight.

Where we disclose your personal information to any third party (including all overseas recipients), you acknowledge that we will not be required to ensure that person’s compliance with Australian privacy laws or otherwise be accountable for how they manage your personal information.
We highly recommend that you contact the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade or visit their website at http://www.smartraveller.gov.au for general travel advice, as well as specific advice (including safety alert levels) relating to the destination you wish to visit. You can also register your travel plans with DFAT, so that you may be more easily contacted in an emergency.
Before you proceed for any travel services through Goldmark Travel, please make sure and be aware that you are going to enter into a legally binding contract to access our services such flight, Cruises, Insurance, Tour, Car Rental, Visa or other related travel services, for which once you paid Goldmark Travel treat and consider your confirmed consent, After this whatsoever your any changes or cancellations would be, will incur the cancellation fees as set out above.
Please do not proceed for any travel reservatiion, buy travel products or travel services unless you are confirmed about your journey and prepared to legally commit to a binding contract and ready to pay for the services.
